Booking your session with 4Keeps photo is simple: Fill in our booking form Bookings will be confirmed within 24 hours A 30% deposit secures the booking and timeslot The remaining balance is due on the day of the session

Final images are send via email download link (Smash). This link will expire in 14 days You are also able to add on to your package a usb and courier (extra fees apply)

Pay your way: Split the payments monthly in a way that works for you. Book in advance and we can split the payments across the months leading up to your photoshoot.

I am not a professional videographer, but if you would like a small clip, it is available for an aditional fee. Alternative if you take your own videos and share them with mee (provided I am able to share then on social media) you will receive the reel and aditional 5 Images

Yes we can send one or two images after the session upon request.

Yes, you can reschedule your photoshoot. Please notify us at least 48 hours in advance to avoid any rescheduling fees.

Yes, you can bring up to 2 outfits for your baby. Custom outfits can also be arranged in advance at an extra cost.

Arrive 15 minutes early to ensure a seamless experience. If arriving separately, aim to be together 15 minutes before the shoot.

Complete your makeup 2 hours before the session, avoid shopping on the day of the shoot, and check for loadshedding or traffic delays.

If you arrive late, we will use the remaining time for the session. However, some locations may be unreachable within the remaining timeframe.

If it rains, we will move the session to the studio. Rescheduling is also an option based on client and photographer availability.
